Love this Tintin, one important thing that I would take from this is to set realistic goals. I want to officially start my YouTube channel next year and would kearn to set realistic goals.
Another interesting one Tintin. When it comes to setting goals, I'll add that it's best to set goals that you can actually control. For example, my main goal used to be getting monetized and while i would very much like that, after speaking to some other YouTubers recently, I've learned that it's more realistic to set something i can control like uploading every week or learning how to make better thumbnails, or lighting better. improving on the things we can control is much more realistic and we should focus on that. What do you think?
Hi, love reading your content. Started 6 months a YT channel, really enjoying it and would love ideas on how to scale the same, perhaps a marketing agency? Will keep posting content.
Going to start posting Shorts on YT, Threads, X and Instagram in January.
Hey Tintin, great one ( althoutgh the perfectionnism bit kinda hurt ^^)
Question: how much is it to get someone to edit your videos roughtly ? I know its orobably a verrrry hard question to answer without context but if you can give me an idea. Also, do you pay per hour or video ?
Question that I should have asked before : at the very begining, should i edit my videos myself (to learn) or should I straigt away externalise that ? Depends on money and stuff but to have your opinion :)
Thanks for these tips TinTin. I feel the perfectionism one for sure!

I completely agree Ash, I think that's a much better way to think about it :)
